I’m an adventure-loving, art-creating, dog-mommy and designer based in sunny south Florida. Throughout my entire professional career, I've had a passion for designing memorable experiences with customers and users in mind.
As a designer, I am passionate about making an impact through collaboration, creativity, and consideration. I work best in a team where I can freely bounce ideas off and receive feedback. My creative background allows me to design with visual appeal in mind, and empathy enables me to consider all end-users throughout my design process.
Before design, I had a past life that taught me a thing or two...
6 years in customer service taught me how to empathize with the customers and understand their needs.
1 year of Training and Development content writing taught me about collaborating with other teams and subject matter experts (SMEs).
2 years of teaching English in S. Korea (during the pandemic) taught me about adaptability, problem solving and getting out of my comfort zone.
Though my past experiences have varied, they have all connected in ways that allowed me to acquire the skills necessary to be a successful designer.
